About Us

Linka Consulting started long before I ever knew I would become an entrepreneur.

I grew up watching my dad build a life from the ground up. He came to the United States from Poland without knowing the language, but with an incredible work ethic, determination, and the courage to eventually build a business of his own. As a child, I didn’t fully understand what it took to do that. As an adult, I do.

His story taught me that you don’t have to have every answer before you begin. Sometimes you simply have to believe enough in what you’re building to take the first step.

After more than a decade building my career in Human Resources, I found myself wanting to create something of my own—something that allowed me to use everything I had learned to help businesses grow, solve complicated people problems, and build workplaces that actually work.

And when it came time to give that business a name, I found myself going back to where my story began.

In Polish, Paulina can affectionately become Paulinka. But growing up, my dad simply called me Linka.

It was a childhood nickname, but somehow it felt like the perfect name for this next chapter—a small piece of where I came from attached to something I was building for the future.

Linka Consulting is my business, but its name will always remind me of the person who first showed me what it means to build something of your own.
